    By using this website and/or placing an order online or via the phone you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read carefully before placing an order.


    1.0   Delivery

    1.1 All Orders Dispatched within 1 business working day.
    1.2 We aim to deliver all orders to the below destinations in the times shown below:

    1.3 We have a fixed postage rate for UK Mainland between 2kg and 30kg.

    1.4 Please remember you can also track your order by logging into your account at any time.

    1.5 International Postage is standard at £7.00 per item, however we will offer a discounted postage on multiple order.

    1.6 International postage may vary, if any additional costs occur, customer will be liable to pay.

    2.0 Returns Policy

    2.1 If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 7 days of the date you received the order, unused and in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange (re-shipping charges apply). DMPD will not refund products which have had seals broken or return postage or be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    2.2 NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

    2.3 Refunds will only be made to the original payment card on receipt of a copy of the original sales receipt.

    3.0 Payment

    3.1 All prices are currently listed only in GBP.

    3.2 All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rates where applicable and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.

    3.3 All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of you order.

    3.4 The payment charge is made at the point of the online payment being accepted. Our acceptance of an order takes place when the order is charged to your credit card, at which point the purchase contract will be made.

    3.5 We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All online credit and debit card payments are processed through Sage Pay.

    3.6 All cheques are to be made out in pounds sterling. There will be no acceptance of any other currencies on any condition.

    3.7 Cheques are to be made payable to ‘DMPD’ with your name and address on reverse. Please allow up to 10 working days for your cheque to clear. After this time, we will dispatch your goods in the standard way.

    3.8 Cash payment can be made to our Head Office. Must be posted  via recorded delivery as DMPD will not be responsible for any lost cash in transit.

    4.0 Cancellations

    4.1 allowable at any point prior to despatch.

    5.0 VAT

    5.1 All orders without a VAT number outside of UK will be charged VAT.

    5.2 All orders with a VAT number must supply on order.

    5.3 Orders out of the UK with VAT number will not be charged VAT.


    6.0 Account Types

    6.1 Retail Account/Guest Account – Standard account and prices.

    6.2 Trade account - Orders between £100 - £500.

    6.3 Wholesale Account – Orders over £500.

    6.4 Once you register with a standard account please contact our support team who will link your account to the relevant type. Once completed the wholesale prices will be visible as you login.

    6.5 Please note if the account orders are below the target amounts the account will reviewed and changed back to a standard account.
